Ameenah Prince, Ed.S. is a practicing, certified school psychologist in six states. She has cared for students and families since graduation from The Ohio State University in May 2019.
Ameenah strongly believes in the importance of restorative justice in schools, social-emotional programs and trauma-informed practices in schools. Her drive stems from the disproportionality of discipline in schools, and the misidentification and over-identification of Black and Brown children in schools.
Ameenah is the founder of Like Psych, LLC (affectionately called LP LLC) - a company established to advocate for those who need it most.
Ameenah is a resident of Milford, DE. When not collaborating with professionals and completing evaluations, Ameenah enjoys gardening, spending time with her maltipoo, Cocoa, and adding things to her Amazon cart and not buying them.

Comprehensive School Psychologist Services
Per NASP, "School psychologists are uniquely qualified members of school teams that support students' ability to learn and teachers' ability to teach. They apply expertise in mental health, learning, and behavior, to help children and youth succeed academically, socially, behaviorally, and emotionally." Ameenah is available to contract directly with school districts to conduct evaluations, consult with other professionals, hold eligibility and manifestation determination meetings, and help develop and implement interventions as a full member of your IEP team. School-Based Evaluation Only Support
Ameenah is available to school for evaluation-only services. As a part of the time, Ameenah is certified to evaluate categories under IDEA and assess cognitive, academic, behavioral, developmental factors, and any other area of concern. Dezron has been a part of the team since it's establishment in 2022. Here, he works closely with the team providing administrative and organizational support. Dezron lives in Columbus, Ohio. When he is not keeping the office in line, he enjoys video gaming and reading about history and spirituality.
